Glendale is also a city that fully supports its Law Enforcement professionals and we are proud of our positive relationship with the community. Our mayor, City Manager and the rest of the City Council have stated that there will be no de-funding of the department or mandatory furlough days.
We are a one-mile square city, but our population swells to over 40,000 daily and often more on weekends! We are a very diverse community, with 21 languages spoken. We have a vibrant business district along with a municipally owned Rugby stadium that attracts people from around the world. We strive to provide our residents and visitors with a positive experience that will encourage them to return.
